Based on science—and designed to fit your life—the new myWW program provides three different paths that include different combinations of SmartPoints® and ZeroPoint™ foods. And guess what? No food is off limits!

Green starts with a robust SmartPoints Budget and adds 100+ ZeroPoint foods, including fruits and vegetables.
Blue starts with a moderate SmartPoints Budget and adds 200+ ZeroPoint foods, including fruits, vegetables and lean proteins. (This is the same allotment as the former WW Freestyle™ program.)
Purple starts with a modest SmartPoints Budget and adds 300+ ZeroPoint foods, including fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and whole grains.
