Every food is assigned its own SmartPoints® value- an easy-to-use number based on four components: calories, sugar, saturated fat, and protein. It nudges you towards nutritious foods that are higher in protein and lower in sugar and saturated fat.
At your first meeting you’ll receive a brochure with all of the Beyond the Scale meal, food and snack ideas. Plus, you’ll get to talk with peers and leaders about the Beyond the Scale plan at every meeting.
